Short, but very intense. And plausible at that, since Sherlock does indeed have a heart, but often tries to hide or suppress his feelings (and thus the vomiting is a psychosomatic reaction).
Also loved how John took care of his friend in such a gentle way and understanding way.

Aw, Sherlock likes children. I suspect he gets along with some of them quite well (I mean, he did convince that boy at the wedding). Poor man. Half of me wishes Donovan, Anderson, and Lastrade (mostly Lastrade) could see this. Freak and uncaring my foot. *grumbles under her breath*

This has actually sparked a story prompt/request. *fiddles with her sleeve* Just an idea, since you're so good at this.

Prompt: Mr. and Mrs. Watson come to Baker's street to see their son. I'd love it if neither of them were drunks and very supportive of their son. They are, however, a little worried about who he lives with, as they only have his blog, gossip, and Harry to go by. They trust John, but they've heard so many uncomplimentary things. However, they don't want to base their idea of Sherlock on gossip and blogs, so they come to meet him in person. Get their own view of him. Bonus if while they're talking Lastrade and co. come and Donovan/Anderson call Sherlock a freak and the Watson's defend Sherlock (especially Mr. Watson, as he just happened to see the small flash of pain this name gave to Sherlock).
