And so we reach the delightful ending! I've got to applaud you both for your deft and humorous handling of a controversial premise. While the nature of the story does demand some level of OOC-ness, I never found it distracting within the context of the storyline, and for that I extend kudos as well. All in all, this was an enjoyable read, and I agree with the previous commentator- whatever your reservations might be going in, potential readers, be willing to suspend them for a chapter or two and you might be pleasantly surprised.

There is some seriously nice writing in this story, and it is deserving of far, far more reviews than it received. You knew that. I'm saying that for the sake of anyone reading reviews and wondering if they should read the story or leave a review.
• If you want something original, and well-written, read this. If you don't care how badly something is written as long as it has the trite same-old same-old you've seen a hundred times before, skip this.
• Leave a review. Even if it as belated and asinine as this one a writer of this quality deserves encouragement.

Tickled by the implication that Ann was Red the First. I'm pretty fond of the idea of Ann as a bit of a wild child in the old days, so seeing that play with a bit in fic is nice. :)

I have to admit this is not a pairing I would ever have thought of, but the results are kind of delightful. Loving the comedy of the piece, and I'm equal parts excited and dreading to see what form Eddie's bold declaration is going to take. I'm looking forward to a (fun? dramatic?) conclusion!
