This chapter was amazing! I feel like you’re writing Gwyn with such a wonderful authenticity. She is struggling with real issues after the events and your highlighting that. Please update soon!

Okay, so I have a lot to address! But firstly, as always, such a wonderful chapter!

So I hate when I think I've reviewed an update, but I don't and I look to see where my author response is and realize I never did it. So I apologize, though I'm sure you'll say there's no need to be. So this review will have bits from the last chapter and some from this one as well.

The way Gwyn tore that blogger/reporter a new one was awesome. Her words were so deep, personal, and meaningful. I fully agree with her, and believe that nobody (the reporters and many nosy inconsiderate viewers) do not take into account what it could be doing to the survivors of trauma to be prying back into the cause of their suffering. For some it would be good to talk about it, but for most it's too soon to really be openly okay with talking about it so openly for the public. It's just the same for with shootings, and naming the shooters and whatnot. Though in this case it's dinosaurs and InGen, I suppose. So I applaud you for the way you wrote that bit. (So can't wait for Gwyn to meet Wu again in the next movie).

Having to interpret the relationship of Ingrid with the relationship to the Girls amongst themselves is so very unique and interesting. It's going to be so painful and emotional for Gwyn when you finally dig deeper into those thoughts. I can't wait. lol Poor Gwyn. If only she'd connected to her sister more instead of bonding to Gwyn and killing her to try and gain her approval and praise. Imagine just how different it could've been. Or even if she'd known she was part raptor, and the girls had gotten to interact with her before things went off the deep end.

Do you think someone would organize a memorial service for the victims of Jurassic World that never made it home? It would be an interesting thing to witness, be it in person, or over the news. Who would organize it? Who would attend? Etc. On another note semi-related, but not really, is if Gwyn is going to try and get her old job back there. If she'll see her Billy and his wife, etc.

I'm guessing Tim may be one of those special guest(s) you may be speaking of coming up, and I'm living for it. Do you happen to have any Tim stories? Just curious, because I'd be eating those up if you did. Speaking of other characters, I was wondering if Gwyn would be keeping in contact with Claire. They were never the greatest of friends, so I'd understand if she didn't, but if she's going to talk to Zach and Gray then I suppose she might. I mean, I can see her getting involved with the efforts to save the girls by her, or throw slight means of Owen too.

Now finally onto Owen...OWEN. SHE LOVES OWEN. No real suprise there, but I'm so happy she finally realizes it. I'm not sure if I could see her telling him over the phone or not. Perhaps in person would be better. I could see her not wanting to scare him off, though if he hasn't run already with everything they've been through together I'm not sure I see him doing it. Not that I EVER see him doing it. But goodness. We have so much to look forward to. One more thing about Owen...Really wondering how he's dealing with the press, because I could see him punching some of them out and getting plastered on the news for that...Just saying...

Hey, first I want to say sorry to hear that happened to you and glad that you are doing better. Then second this was a good chapter, like part of how Gwyn was dealing with the pop-up media coming at her. Also it was very fun that you brought Ellie in and showing her relationship with Gwyn. Their talk at the end of the chapter was very sweet and yay she loves Owen. Looking forward to reading more of the story and having Owen back with Gwyn.

Poor Gwyn, can’t even go shopping in peace. Sweet that Ellie came and is all motherly. Look forward to more.

I know a little of Gwyn feeling of the anxiousness of going outside after something traumatic, but I don’t know the feeling of being ambush by reporters i can only imagine the annoyance and nausea it can bring! Poor Gwyn!

Also I’m curious how Owen taking all of this and how he dealing with it all, I hope we get to see his side of things.

And I just remembered at the end of the Fallen Kingdom the dinosaurs are unleash into the world and the Battle at Big Rock is a glimpse of how it’s gong to be, how in the heck will Gywn handle that? her nightmare is no longer trap on an island!

I just binge read this entire story in a couple of hours and I am desperate for more. This is so incredibly well written and the characters are so impressionable and you just can’t help but love them (even the ones you hate. Hoskins and Wu come straight to mind! - I am so glad Gwyn got her moment with Hoskins before he became a raptor chew toy!)

The progress that Gwyn has made has been so amazing to read, and to see that bond with Echo... I was on the edge of my seat with the thought that maybe echo wouldn’t make it through, so glad she did though! I’m excited to see what JW Fallen Kingdom brings for Echo and Gwyn.

Owen and Gwyn are everything and I love them. That is all.

I absolutely adored how you weaved in the original JP people with JW, little mentions of Ellie and Tim and Lex and of course Dr Grant himself. All of it was just... *chefs kiss*. And this last chapter with Gwyn and her dad and Ellie, i just loved it. I hope we see some more Gwyn/Alan father daughter bonding, and hey? Any chance we’ll see Alan meeting Echo and seeing the bond she has with Gwyn?

And finally, the Indom Dino. I just... whoa. The way you wrote her was just... perfect. When you watch JW she’s kinda just the two dimensional bad Dino of the story but you... you really have her life and I lived for the tragedy of it all. (You’ve just made me realise how much I need an AU story where the Indom Dino has a well established bond with someone!)

Overall this was just perfection on a plate and I love it. I can’t wait for your next chapter and to see what’s coming next for Gwyn (and Owen of course!)

Okay, firstly, grocery shopping is ALWAYS a chore.
Second...I think everyone can relate to that first paragraph right about now.

I was honestly surprised that was the first time a reporter had approached them in person. When I skimmed this last night I assumed that was actually taking place at her house. I don't know why. I guess I didn't start paying attention until I saw dialogue.

Seeing Ellie properly was great. Her reveal was great... even if it was spoiled by my skimming last night.
I was happy to see she finally got to tell someone what happened, but I was hoping/expecting more time talking about The Girls. Probably jusy wishful thinking, but especially with how much Owen cared about them (or at least seemed to. He seemed pretty okay with leaving Blue to her fate in Fallen Kingdom, at least at first) I thought there would be a little more lamenting their deaths. I mean, I know Blue(and Echo? guess I need to reread) survived, but still.

The talk about Owen was great. Love can easily be confused with infatuation, but it's no more logical and can form very quickly...even if it's one sided.

Another great chapter. I love that Elle showed up and that she and Gwyn got to have the mother daughter moment. I can't wait to read what happens next.

Ingrid still makes me cry. Every. Single. Time. Thank you for another wonderful chapter, especially the part with reporters and how they tend to be more interested in a story than what a person is going through. I can’t wait to read more!

Okay so, I quite literally got so hooked on this story that I read this and the prequel in like, two days. I love Gwyn’s character and the way she interacts with everyone, especially Alan, is amazing. I cannot wait for more chapters to come out and I hope that you’ll see this through to the end(will you write Gwyn into the third Jurassic World after it comes out next year? Cause it’s confirmed that the original JP characters will be back...).
