That was an interesting piece. You have a very nice style, really fluid, that makes ready you very easier.
I find, though, that you could have worked a little more on the end. The beginning is just the right length, but the final part, where Emma asks Regina out, it's... I don't know, maybe they should have been mistaken a few more times for a couple. You could have developped how embarrassed/shocked they were that they would be confused for a couple, and then how they would reflect upon it... Plus, medication is always a great way of removing any filter, so you could have kept the same excuse for a little later.
I'm not saying the way you said it was bad, because it wasn't, clearly, it just... seemed rushed, not as good as the rest of the fic.

I loved the story, thought is ended a bit fast, but I liked it anyway. I could imagine this scene with those two.
