By the way it ended, I was expecting another chapter. *sigh* It sounds really interesting and I want to know what those bright orbs are (and whether or not Hiro is imagining them)…
Usually I give long reviews but I don't have much to go off of. I do have a question, though: When is this story placed, timeline wise?

Will'O' the Wisps? I'd like to find out more about what happened. Aliens? Cultists? Black Mesa? But if you don't want to that's fine. It was a nice read.

Yeah I like this and WHAT ARE THE LITTLE GLOW-Y THINGS?! Is it magic? What happened to him? Experimentation? Cause that tends to happen in books/fanfics when you go missing. And it especially happens when you can do something that other people can't do. What happened to him? I need answers. It's not complete at all, I want to see this fic as long as your other fic Sins of A Nation, because really that fic was quite good, awesome use of an avatar AU, but yeah that's all I have to say now.

You should definetly keep going! Im super intrigued! Especially with that chapter ending :) ive read most of your other stories and with your skill in all things writing you can totally make this story spectacular! Let your creative juices flow! (As i have once heard said...hehehe)

The rest of it was good, though. Keep up the good work. Wish there had been a mention of Mochi, however. Cats always add something to a story.

I'm a hurt hiro, protective tadashi fan or the other way around. I loved the regretful tadashi here. It sucked though how you made that part so brief. Maybe you could add more angst? (I don't think that's a flaw though, it's probably my bias since I really love tadashi hiro angst.

Also, you make me wonder too why hiro ended up in a random town too. Do update soon!

This was SO good! I really really wanna know more or what happened to Hiro - it seems like a good prequel for an interesting AU.

I think this story was cool. It leaves me with questions but I guess that's the point of a prequel. Anyway, I think you should write the story for this, seems like it'd be good.

I smell a bit of Darren Shan's Demonthief in this. :) Interesting contept, with godd writing.
