Of all those hints, the one thing that caught my attention was the teddy. It's interesting that Mike's mindset was that the creature had bit his friend. Of course, given what little they actually knew of humans at the time, this was justified.

Wow, and here I thought the previous chapter was trippy. This one is trippy squared! ...And brings to mind HiSHE's interpretation of the movie.

Man, that's really trippy. Awesome, but so so trippy.

I loved this version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, too. It was fun, crazy, and the sets were very real.
I'm starting to slip, guessing events only once the perspective flips. I guess you've got at least one person here who finds these a little difficult! :P

I got this one the moment memory loss was mentioned. I feel a little bad for Dory, but at least she got some of those memories into long term. :)

I very nearly missed the guess there. It wasn't until I started reading what was going outside that I got it. Still, I understand that there wasn't much to give here. Sadly, the Mario series isn't well-known for making well-rounded characters. The closest we have in the main series would have to be Luigi. Still, you did great with what you got.

I’d been waiting for the meta chapter since the very beginning, and here it is. That scene is just too perfect to pass up.

I got it right from the title, though admittedly it was more ‘Is this the one?’ at first, and just got more and more confirmed from there.

This me may have been a bit too easy. Candy driving doesn’t leave a whole lot of options. I had this one down before the end of the first paragraph.

I wound up getting this one right by chance. As soon as I saw ‘video game’ the first thing to pop into my head was Master Chief. I was biased toward that the whole way, and it turned out right in the end. Kind of disappointing that I didn’t really have to think it out, but I guess that’s on me. Stupid brain, giving me spoilers...

Anyways, I felt Fear was the perfect leader here, but for a different reason. Aside from feeling afraid, Fear is the emotion most responsible for caution, recognizing danger, and assessing potential threats. Perfect qualities for an elite soldier.

My thought process reading this: A book. Okay. Very naturey, underground feel. The emotions are blind. Could be Mole, from Wind in the Willows. No, this is a snake. Literary blind snakes... literary snakes... Asmodeus, from Redwall? He can see. That's the only literary snake I know. I'm giving up here. Oh, a different Redwall book! I only read the first few.
