Also (just because you said you like theories/ ideas) maybe a sequel (or even just a follow up) could start in a mundane/slice-of-life style, showing Shawn and his new norm. Waking up too early, staring at the ceiling for an hour as he tries and fails to fall back asleep, showers, brushes teeth, shaves, applies foundation, checks phone and dismisses the missed call from Cheif Vick. Not trying to be presumptuous, just throwing out an idea. Again, I love this story.

This was one of the best stories I've ever read. I haven't been able to put it down for days. You managed the perfect pace to stimulate the imagination. Every chapter my mind was racing and I had to pause periodically to go over everything I knew and what the implications may be. The way you described Shawn's experience was so eerie, it gave me chills. The transition from knowing his name to not was creepy and unnatural, yet so smooth and brilliantly done. Despite working with such fantastical elements, it was always believable (if that makes sense).

This is a brilliant stand alone piece, but if you do decide to go ahead with a sequel, I'm sure it'll be great. It would be interesting to see how Shawn tries to put his life back together, how actually being psychic impacts Psych. Maybe he starts up slower, or only jumps in when a case comes up that the police really need help with, like something high profile with almost no evidence and investigation reveals the stakes are even higher than they imagined. I can so clearly picture Shawn opening up a bit to Lassie, telling him he had been right about him being a fraud, and that things were easier when he was lying. Maybe Thornton's wife reaches out to Shawn at some point, telling him something she dreamt centuries before. You've opened up a world of possibilities within this story, and it's fun to think about.

I kind of stopped reading this when I lost the password to my account, but I think about it at least once a month. I was watching the Pysch marathon with my family, and I couldn't stop thinking about it. It took me forever to find this again, but I can't wait to finally finish this

Wow. What a well crafted, wonderful story. I just spent the better part of two days reading this - this includes getting to bed at 2 am, knowing I will have to get up at 7 and still reading your fic until 5 in the morning because I COULDN'T STOP! You had the perfect measure of introducing OCs and giving us the time to fall in love with them while still keeping the focus on Shawn instead of forcing them on us - a task that not many usually achieve in fanfiction. And the sole name thing was so much more interesting and frustrating than you normal full blown amnesia.

I could go on and on but suffice to say that I adored this and that I am in awe of how you crafted this story, the pacing for me was just perfect. I was somehow hoping that maybe Seb/James could take the tattoo of Shawn's forehead (healing his skin so to speak) because he sure as hell has enough of a 'souvenir' from this whole endeavour anyway. Oh and I so love how you mangaged to keep each and every character true to themselves (honestly there well all so on point!) despite having sth supernatural there that they don't normally interact with!

So, if the muses ever kisses you again in regards to this story, I would be more than delighted to read a sequel to this. Until then, chapeau for what you've done and my eternal thanks for sharing it with us.
