I love this story, not only for its steamy hotness but also for the deep connection between Jane and Maura. Even when he finally confronts her he acts like spineless wimp, without calling Maura out on bullshit she is saying. |

I think for Maura it made it more real which is why she was initially upset, she wanted to keep emotion out of it. Great writing! |

Maura is scared of her feelings that are coming up, not used to them keeping them at arms length and keeping Jack on the side while she tries to figure out what she wants. She knows what she wants, she's scared! |
