homenum chapter 11 . 6/27 Little late in commenting here, I know. Just wanted to say it was a really good story. It would be awesome if you ever decided to write a sequel. Thank you. |

Debby chapter 11 . 11/8/2015 Thanks for your interesting story.I like the subplot of Sages brother and Gail really being responsible for him being in jail. That's a large burden to carry your whole life and the fact that Sage gets they were all kids and forgives her is touching. I can understand her angry when Gail gets the girl as well even though no one is to blame for that. Looking forward to your next fic and would love an epilogue if you ever so desire. |
Zweper chapter 11 . 11/8/2015 Great story.. Enjoyed the ending! An epilogue would be great :) |
Purple2015 chapter 11 . 11/8/2015 Thank you for this fic. I was so looking forward to this update but now it's all over so I say yes to an epilogue! It would be interesting to see how Gail, Holly and Sage are in the future - even though Sage forgives Gail, it's a big burden for Gail to carry, especially if Sage's brother is still being victimised. Would this effect her decision to go into the police or make her a better cop? Like fallsalot, I wasn't aware of the high number of indigenous Canadian women disappearing until I read your fic - it was a great way to bring attention to this. Hopefully the appointment of Jody Wilson-Raybould as Justice minister will make a difference. I look forward to reading more of your writing. Thanks again for sharing. |
Mimitash chapter 11 . 11/8/2015 Wow, I really love your work. Thanks for this great story and I can't wait for read the next one. Go Golly! :D |
fallsalot chapter 10 . 11/4/2015 I didn't know about the high level of deaths of native Canadian women till I read your fanfic. Now I do and this morning I read this about your new PM's Cabinet: "Most noteworthy is his decision to assign Jody Wilson-Raybould, a native woman, as the new minister of justice. This is the first time a native person has ever been assigned to that role. Given the lack of accountability and attention the missing and murdered indigenous women in Canada have received over the years, Trudeau's decision to appoint Wilson-Raybould to lead the justice department is more than symbolic — it could be a game-changer." I am sure you know it already but I wanted to share, I only knew it was an issue because of you! |
joj14 chapter 10 . 10/15/2015 great thanks |
Mimitash chapter 10 . 10/12/2015 Great chapter...I loved it :) |
Guest chapter 10 . 10/11/2015 Great chapter and good to get the back story involving Sage's brother. Of course even though she blames herself, Gail is able to open up to Holly about the incident. Nice to see her decide to use the experience constructively. Hopefully that kiss from Holly might finally make Gail realise how wrong she is about Holly and Sage. Thanks for the update - as always look forward to more. |
ButterflyMissy chapter 10 . 10/11/2015 Thanks for the new chapter! I'm so happy that Gail reached out to Holly so she wouldn't be alone. I'm looking forward to the next chapter ) |
