I absolutely loved this, unfinished as it may be. Your writing prowess is most certainly impressive! I am saddened to find that the last update was five years ago, but, as another commenter remarked, sometimes life gets in the way.
This fic is a sure addition to my ever-growing list of favorite unfinished (but beautiful, nonetheless) fanfictions, and I will be checking on it regularly, so if you ever find the time to update this (please do), know that a bunch of people are eagerly waiting for the next update, even after five years have passed. :)
P.S. - I am quite fond of your characterization of Avallac'h. He is not well-loved by many in both the books and the game (which is quite understandable, given how he was kind of suspicious and a bit insufferable in the game and even more so in the books) , but I always felt like his in-game character deserved more than what he got, considering that we don't get to hear what happened to him after Ciri battles the White Frost (and yes, I know he was supposed to be a villain, but that the part got cut due to various reasons). Well, that and I just wanted him together with Ciri. ;) Other fics approach him quite differently, in that he usually goes full OOC, and i'm left exclaiming "That is so NOT Avallac'h!".
But ah, well, to each their own.

Hi! I found this fanfiction and it's very amazing. I could even believe this wrote Sapkowski. I really hope you will continue because it's really awesome.

Probably one of the best story I've ever read. It really breaks my heart to know it's unfinished. I hope one day you will update, even after all this time. I would love to read more about the Aen Elle, Ciri and Avallac'h. You are a gifted writer and did a wonderful works with these chapters.

You ever gonna update?

Okay so once per month I revisit this story because it's so good and I just want there to be more of it! But I understand that life gets in the way of even the dopest of fanfics.

I'm familiar with the books and the games-"The Lady of the Lake" was translated to English earlier this year and it's good but also just makes me want more of *this* story! If you need a beta reader please let me know!
