I know I should wait and finish reading this before leaving a review, but this chapter was just too much! I'm laughing at the last line, feeling excited for little Remus, and really enjoying this so far. You really seem to have captured the boys' personalities. My heart goes out to little Sirius and Peter. Poor Peter! Normally I greatly dislike him, but with this glimpse of his possible childhood, I can really see why he became who he is. Everything is just so... perfect. I liked how Remus was eating so much chocolate, I got the feeling he was trying to poison himself since he was talking about dogs not being able to eat chocolate, I felt so bad for him. Now, there's just so much hope in his little life! I can't wait to read the rest,I just had to leave this review because I love Remus so much here. I love the personal visit from Dumbledore. I just really love this story so far, and am terrified because I know in canon they all die, but I don't want them to! Keep up the amazing work!

This is brilliant. The characters are so REAL, so developed in their thought and actions. In fact, everything is quite realistic, and your writing style captures every part of this perfectly. The bits with the five-year-olds didn't seem too important, but they're nice little starters to open everything up.

Remus as a werewolf - perhaps you could write about one of the transformations, seeing as this is such an important part?

Also, I don't think Walburga would let Sirius wear a wrock t-shirt in such a public place.

But other than that tiny weeny thing, I love this story SOOOOO much. Please write more!

Ah man. Now I can't wait for them to find about Remus. I imagine Sirius looking back and realizing what exactly he said, even if Remus forgave him. Loved this chapter though, because it really delved into the difference in Sirius' upbringing. Most HP-Marauders writers forget that, or ignore it. He grew up in that environment, it really doesn't make sense for him to think otherwise until Hogwarts.

This is a nice story. But you might think to write the potters a different way if you knew their names and how old they were when james was born.

I am enjoying this, however reading the same events from four perspectives severely limits my interest... I don't mean to be rude, but it just feels slow moving and too repetitive. If you don't mind me saying, just continue on at each new perspective rather than backtracking.

I love this fic so far! You write the characters very well, so you can start to see parts of their personality really come through. Please update soon :)
