I think you should keep it BE canon but introduce the other DGM characters in random places like when they go to Shiemi's house, Kanda is there. Ooh, that's an interesting combination. shy Shiemi and rude Kanda who kind of cares about her (not in a shipping sense) but he hides it

Poor Allen is so confused. For a moment I thought it was his innocence reporting an error :P

Something to maybe think about. I have some ideas if you're interested:

(Why was the Black Order even attacked?)
- Maybe the Earl wanted his hands on Allen due to the Fourtheenth reasons/influence, so he commanded the Noah Family to attack the Order.

(Why was Komui's time machine incomplete?)
- He needed more data so that he could accurately pinpoint travel to a specific location, year, and how much capacity (people?) the machine could hold.

(Why did Komutiny malfunction and transformed into a giant?)
- Could be because it was incomplete, but maybe because the Akumas are composed of Dark Matter, and since the machine functions due to Innocence, the Dark Matter must've sent interference signals and corrupted the machine's authentication system. In an emergency, the machine began to self-destruct, and went nuts. Because of this self-destruction, Allen and the Akumas timeskipped randomly to Rin's timeline (makes sense).

(You said Innocence powers up in the machine.)
- Well, Allen is an Exorcist, and his Innocence is deadly, so that might mean that the hundreds of Akumas that time travelled with him must've got wiped out in the process. Or exorcised. I feel that's more logical than him having to fight them again or look for the Akumas in Rin's timeline, since he doesn't know where they could be.

(How will Allen return to his timeline?)
- I'm guessing Komui will have to build a second machine, unless this one might go to BE. I think maybe Mephisto could help, but either way could work.

(How to increase Allen's remaining timespan?)
- Um, you said the machine powers up because of Innocence, but since the machine self-destructed and was destroyed, he still has the microchip. Therefore, if he uses his Innocence in some way, it might increase the span, even by little.

(But...)
I feel like this is the MOST significant and will add a cool twist to your story: since Allen is slowly becoming erased from the future, it kind of makes sense to think that he's slowly being erased from the past as well. Maybe DGM people will start to forget who he is, and etc. Certain events will start to change (as you quoted in the first chapter, "changing the past will very well result in milking ourselves") It'll add a nice emotional touch if it's well-delivered in my opinion, and it fits the theme, especially the way you presented the first chapter.

Anyway that's all I got. I just wanted to point those plot holes out because this story has so much potential :)

Dont add in more DGM characters unless theres a good reason for them to be in the story. Otherwise, go nuts and do whatever you want. This is your story and regardless of our thoughts you should write what you'd want to read.

Allen is in the BE territory, so it makes sense to have the BE vibe. However, try to make Allen clumsy when dealing with the BE demons because they are wholly different to Akuma. By putting a clear contrast, you can be able to have both vibes work together. For example, Allen can see Akuma but not BE demons because they are not similar to Akuma so they mechanic should at least work differently. However, the Innocence should still be able to destroy the BE demon making it equal to a sacred or holy item. Make an incident where Allen was injured by BE demon thus allowing him to see. You could also make that his Eye can see when activated but otherwise he couldn't but this will contradict DGM inability to interact with BE demons so perhaps Allen can see them after being injured. Since this is the future and not an alternate universe, you must give a reason why the Black Order does not deal with real demons but instead concentrate solely on the Akuma, making True Cross Academy as either newer than Black Order or a completely isolated order that wasn't as active as the Black Order and seen as less important in the face of the war with the Noah. Also a back story to what happens in the war with Noah, at least a version why they do not exist in the future. In a way, find a way to seamlessly connect both universe. Also, the search for possible Exorcists candidate for any Innocence since Allen will need help with the Akuma in the future. The only ones that should be immune to the Akuma poison with the Okumura brothers due to their demonic heritage, others shouldn't be immune, making it more loyal to the DGM past.

I like it just being Allen from the DGM universe, unless you wanna put the Noah's in, because somehow, they'll figure out time travel. You should be able to just click on the trash? I'm not sure tho, sorry about that part :/

You should make it a BE canon/vibe and don't introduce other characters, because they bring unnecessary feelings.
