Like the story so far. I'm more of a Hachiman x Iroha fan but I like the other girls as well. Bet Iroha is still keeping the fake image of liking that jerk to help keeping a connection to Hachiman without getting too close and revealing her romantic feelings towards him as she knows deep down Hachiman's feeling towards Yukino. I do wonder what Yui is up to in your story. Hope the Iroha pairing hints and moments with Hachiman continue maybe leading to more and Hachiman repairs his relationship with Yukino and Yui.

I would welcome another Yukinox8man fanfic. Especially one that takes place in the future. Also, I don't understand the relationship between Iroha and 8man. It's implied that they have had sex but how does that fit with a Yukinox8man pairing?
