You horribly bad at spelling writer, the word for reading another person's thoughts is Legilimancy. Snape would legilimize James Potter, not legitimize him. Legitimize means something COMPLETELY different. You used a bunch of other words wrong in your story, but that was one of the most egregious examples.

Since when is Harry's owl named Helwig? In the books, and most fanfics, her name is Hedwig. With a D. And there's no such thing as a potions regiment. The word is regimen. No T on the end.

This was a great story. I can't stand Ron and his family either. Glad Hermione understood how emotionally desperate Harry was.

Like his educational plans and the tutors. Glad he is getting social help too.

Do you plan on following up on the hints how Lily might have been charmed or optioned to be with James?
