Beautiful

This is so lovely. It has such a floating feeling, if that makes any sense. I like the descriptions of Mrs. Hughes from the sole point of view of Mr. Carson. I also like the idea that she says she'll ditch her corset when he learns to use her toaster. That's so cute and clever! Good story.

I'm sooooo glad that someone else "sees" CarsonxHughes when they hear that song! I fell so in love with it, I did a fanvid for them! LOL! Excellent reference of the lyrics without necessarily quoting them verbatim, it kept the story flowing like a story. And you created scenes that brought flashes from the television program, some of which I used in my vid, which made it fun for me to read and appreciate the similar train of thought! Brava! And thank you for sharing this with us!
