Oh man, love me a good story about Bucky getting some care, good food and a nice warm place to rest. Hope this can soon get an update!

There is something inexplicably intriguing and I dunno, delightful? about this story. I just love how you write each of the characters and how they seem to feel exactly like they do onscreen. So real and believable. Very excited to read more.

I am LOVING this. Please, please do continue. This is so tense and yet it's very realistic, Sam IS one of the best people for the job of helping Bucky recover when you think about it...AND he's lost his partner so he can also relate to Steve. I really hope the MCU takes a page from your book and gives these three (and Natasha) a lot more meaningful interaction together.

I felt bad for Barnes when he woke up but I liked how Sam recognized the look he had. It makes a lot of sense for Sam to really have that understanding of those vets who come back dealing with all of those emotions. I loved how he was able to help him out by telling him first that he was safe. I loved seeing Steve's interactions with Bucky as well. I loved that Steve was concerned and unsure when it seemed like, to him, Sam was asking for too much. I did like the whole dessert thing and how both had responded. I also really loved how Barnes wanted the challenge of making a good pot of coffee.

This was really good and I loved reading this chapter.
