Hmmm if A standard deviations is marked as a plus one I can't possible imagine that Mr house has an IQ lower than "175", thus I find it unreasonable to think the courier could school him that badly.

A fascinating concept - I love the idea of the Courier going for Governor of the Mojave state. Had a similar (though not exactly like this one) idea myself a while back.

Great story and take on the character. In Fallout high Intelligence always was a way to win and basically made you a God. Though considering that all of this happens after the end of storyline and how only it was the limit on time period of Courier's further developement that stopped them from getting further "levels" and "ranks in Intense Training", not to mention the level of cybernetics Courier was outfitted with, I always considered portagonists after the end of the game as "All attributes 10, all skills 100". Though I always thought that Courier used the fact that no one had ever met and they were the only person entering Lucky 38 by assuming that identity in the end, but maybe your point of view actually is better here.
Will you continue with this story? There are so many things where a third option might have changed things by itself or in combination with the others. For example ED-E's personal quest that can either give BoS an army of it's copies, or give FoA better tech for harnessing solar energy. If BoS and NCR reached an agreement then BoS is helping NCR to patrol Mojave - with this very Eyebots. At the same time FoA will be very gratefull if you route power from Helios One to those who need it even if you can't help everyone. But with this new tech maybe you can? And now let's throw the upgrades of second ED-E on top of BoS new Eyebot army and give them ability to help with repairs or do them on their own... and send them to repair, upgrade and even help with expanding it(after all, what else you can use an actual desert for?). Now Helios One can provide the rest of needed power to the region as well as exporting it to NCR. Without the help of BigMT at that! And the region itself is far more safe with Eyebots monitoring it(as well as BigMT's cyberdogs and whatever Securitron's you might send off to protect small towns). And maybe Arcade will decide to help integrate the Remnants into Followers, whom will surely be gratefull for all this tech and may give Remnants some place to belong in their last years and make them once again feel that they're personally contributing and changing the world for the better. Truly better this time...
Except someone needs to do something with the radiation in places of Vault reactor leak, former NCR and two Legion camps and whatever barrels are left around. Hmm, I've heard that there is a facility in BigMT that can do just that.
And maybe your Courier encouraged one old veteran ranger to become a senator even if you convinced him to stop falsufying reports. After all he wanted to change NCR and /Courier's plan gives a perfect opportunity for that. And with such a record of achievements and friends like this, governer's chair might not be the end.

Great story so far! But you have a nasty habit of discontinuing great stories so you'll forgive me if I don't become so fond of it.

You know it's pretty arrogant to think that the Courier is greater then the Vault Dweller, Chosen One, Lone Wanderer and the Sole Survivor. They saved the Wasteland from actual threats while the Courier just meddles in Politics over Hoover Dam. The courier doesn't stop an army of Super Mutants or provide clean water to the Wasteland. No, they just fight over the city of whores that is New Vegas.
