Beautiful, I loved it

This was a really interesting take on merlin and Arthur, Merlin's struggles, and their friendship. Great job!

There are no words to describe how much I love this. X3 Your take on this was so incredibly brilliant, and executed flawlessly. Even know it felt some what similar to other Merlin stories, it was so different at the same time. Hunith revealing Merlin's secret is definitely new. I wish so much that this could have happened in the show. I feel like Arthur would have maybe taken the news better without all of the crazy events that led up to the reveal, and if it had just been revealed at a better time. Maybe not. But, perhaps. Anyway, I loved it. :)

Beautiful story. Merlin is such a damaged young man with far too much on his thin shoulders. His story so sad growing up as a bastard in a small unforgiving village. To have magic on top of that - a double curse.
His efforts to return to a normal life very heart felt. Arthur, beautifully written as a supportive friend.
Loved the reveal by Hunith. Wonderful. The letters too a great way for Arthur to learn some of Merlins deeds.
What more can I say. Thoroughly loved the story. Thank you so so much for sharing it with us and I know I will read it again.
