Idk the prisma series that well but when it comes to servant class cards, could Shirou instead of receiving the Archer (Emiya) card. Could he get the saber (muramasa) card? If he did, in a way it means that he’s walking down another path to become an ally of justice and not end up becoming a counter guardian. It could mean that he is making his own path.

Well, You can't blame Shirouit's not like the command seals were only on the hand originally, that was an anime-only thing because it just worked better visually that way. He had Issei take off his whole shirt, he didn't just look at his hands

Finally caught up. This fic is amazing! Both Illyas are so well-written. My one gripe is that Shirou has been pretty useless so far.

Honestly, this is quite well done! I wasn't sure what to think about a Magical Girl/Fate crossover (until I realized that Prism Illya was actually a legit spin-off) and this has been pulled off very well. It makes me watch to actually watch it myself (which I have another tab open already...).

Its sort of interesting how Shirou, despite being the awesome guy he is (when he isn't useless), still feels like he's... incomplete. I know that in most material I've seen (I have FATE and Unlimited Bladeworks under my belt... still waiting to start Heaven's Feel) Shirou is indeed useless, only managing to pull through and succeed against all odds when it really matters (unlike Rin, lol). Thusly, I'm expecting him to do something super big to make up for it in the end... truly, I do believe that Shirou (and Magical Girl Illya) has the capacity to save everyone, which should be an interesting talking point for when Iresviel is able to go back to Kiritsugu with all of her lovely children in tact.

I think that it would be a nice reversal when Shirou and Illya are able to prove that even impossible dreams can become reality if everyone tries hard enough (and the stars align).

Superb story, although I'm a little sad at the lack of Saber/Shirou... :(
