I don't know how long it's been since Harley had Spade, but if she had sex only a few days after, it would probably hurt. Not to mention the fact that she'd probably be so stressed and overwhelmed that it would take a lot for her to even think of sex. It is not recommended or healthy to have intercourse so soon after childbirth, and to get pregnant again, it would also need to be a few weeks ahead. In some cases, only two weeks, but usually later.
