Is this ever getting an update? The premise is very promising though I AM kinda mad the mad scientist didn't get killed before finishing his experiments. It would have been a very satisfying piece of darkness lol

Interesting, but the chapters are very short. The whole story so far, 5,000 words, is really what you should be shooting for as far as a chapter goes. That's lower end of the spectrum too. I'd add more character developement to remedy the problem, right now you mostly have just Jin doing evil stuff, Naruto gritting his teeth, and then outraged reactions from his tenants.
