That was really cute Hana, I enjoyed it a lot. I like how you wrote young Ruby and Yang, they definitely felt like kids who could grow up to be the characters we love.

I really liked the light hearted nature of this. I feel like the personalities you gave to Summer and Tai would fit well with them, given what we've heard and what we can guess.

i've never seen someone write Tai or Summer before but i think you did it brilliantly, and i especially liked the background information you wrote at the start

Now this was an awesome read.

The way you write young RWBY characters has always been adorable, and you do so again here. Yang and Ruby never cease to be cute when written as kids, especially when they don't say things correctly, like Ruby saying puzzy instead of puzzle. Those tiny things you put in this story really make it work IMO. Ruby being scared of storms, followed by the puzzle, then talking while brushing teeth, the tickling, this was a great story.

As for Summer and Tai, I imagine it is difficult to write for them because of how little information there is from canon. However, I do like your portrayal of them, especially Summer being able to relax and laugh a bit. Some fics show her as this super serious badass, but having a softer side is nice to see.

This was an awesome story, thanks so much for doing it :) A little Ruby/Yang/parents family fun makes for a great read. You always knock these stories out of the park, and this was no different. Excellent work as usual.

I really hope they look at what some people have drawn of Tai and Summer to choose what they'll look like. I just picture Tai being a big dude with the Blonde hair and purple eyes with a beard.
