dammit naomily chapter 41 . 6/6/2018 I just finished reading for the second time. I feel like I should have reviewed the first time I read this, I'm sorry I was hidden, but now I'm hereThis story is great from the beginning till the very end, I love how every relationship is just meant to be, it follows the right path, evolved at the right time. Tension in the right amount and you write villains so well! everything is written so amazingly, you never fail! This happy ending made me drop a tear, I always love when Naomily have babies, it's so beautiful, I feel my heart fill with love and hope. Keep going babes, you're awesome! |
mynameislizzie3 chapter 41 . 12/6/2017 Hey. Just read this all again in three marathon stints. I even went without my afternoon coffee break to finish it. I know I reviewed a whole bunch of time ago, but I just wanted to say that stories like this only come along now and again. A proper tale with every emotion involved. I went through intrigue, anxiety, fear and lust, finished off by that soppy self satisfied smirk when it all works out for the girls. The only bit of real discomfort was over that shit Foster and his murderous rampage. But even then I found myself being reassured by the 20 chapters left! It’s funny, but I find the savagery of his attack just a tiny bit less nauseating then your new villain Connor’s sexual predation on Emily. Not that I would want her perfect body harmed in any way, but in an odd way, her being attacked was less sick making than her boyfriends sly manipulation and quasi rapes. Anyway, this is a review of Stonem House, not Walls. A tour de force. Simple as. If I haven’t been gushing enough, I apologise. The story belongs right at the top of the re read charts. ️ |

TheAeacusProject chapter 40 . 6/16/2017 Like I promised, here I am with the longer, rambling final review. In short: CONGRATULATIONS and WELL DONE! It is always such an achievement finishing one's first story, and one as ambitious as this, the more so. Throughout, you effortless painted these characters with nuance, flaws, the positive aspects we know and love, and your own creative ideas. Not only that, but you did so while encompassing the whole spectrum of characters; I'm sure the Gen 3 ladies are equally well-drawn, though I don't know them well at all. This is especially impressive to me because I made a conscious decision to only focus on three (and maybe two others on the periphery) in my first story for fear of overwhelming myself and not doing everyone justice. You went straight ahead and tackled everyone-and did so with aplomb. This is probably the part of the review where I make a point of mentioning that I am the furthest thing from a Keffy shipper and I normally avoid it if I can. Begrudgingly, however, I will concede that you were able to utilize it here to grow all the characters, introduce development in the Fitch and Stonem families alike, and not just tack it on for fan service. It's not an easy thing to do by any means, and your decision to not go the cliché route and have it be a Naomily wedding that ends the story adds something to the overall product. I also want to address something that fascinates me as a fellow author. It seems like you almost inverted the traditional structure of the story by having the big climactic, emotionally resonant event (Foster's attack) relatively early in the story instead of ultimately building to it. Then, your 'climax' of the tale, so to speak, is the less stressful, not-quite-edge-of-your-seat clash at Chez Campbell between the two generations of the Fitch and Campbell families. This event arguably has a lot more emotional and romantic impact, as it directly addresses what has always been the biggest source of conflict for the twins: their relationship with their parents and the rigid upbringing associated with it. Making this decision is daring, impressively, and I really commend you for taking it (in case you were wondering, yes it was a success). Again, outstanding job on an amazing story. I can't wait to revisit Stonem House for a reread! |
Crevette chapter 40 . 6/12/2017 Well done. This has been a terrific journey - an creative premise and characters that you made your own, but who are also true to the originals. I have enjoyed following along at every step. Congrats! |
fragrantlily90 chapter 40 . 6/7/2017 Ahhh. As Cook says "Love is all around!" Excellent sugary (but not too much) end to what has been a wonderful, addictive story. Now I can go back and read the whole thing all over again. I'm sure there will be bits I've missed/forgotten and can enjoy all over again. You spoil us. Now you can concentrate on your other story and we can have fun reading that too. You do angst and romance very well. Your smut ain't bad either! Thanks again. |
marsupial1974 chapter 40 . 6/7/2017 You know...I know I was late to the party with this story...but I'm so fucking glad I found it and you when I did! I can not say enough about this beautiful, this gorgeous, wonderful piece of storytelling! Seriously...it's truly outstanding, that's how much I love this story! Your characters are all beautiful and real and down to earth, but yet, you still see their original sparks, that thing that made them them on the show...you've expanded their horizons and given them a life all their own! Your style of writing is magnificent and unique and unapologetic and it's been a pleasure to read! It's been an honor being your partner in crime, babes! P.S.- see? The last line wasn't so bad, was it?! As far as last lines go, it was excellent! |
fragrantlily90 chapter 39 . 5/21/2017 Still loving this and will be very sad when its done. But then I can re read it all in one big go, with Ben and Jerry's to keep me company! Thanks for still being here to entertain us! |
