Hey, I probably left a review before but I just wanted to reiterate. I really love this? It's a criminally underexplored dynamic, and you keep it short sweet and poignant. Both yassen and Ian seem so reluctant and it's one of the fewer characterizations of Ian as Not a bastard so I'm very impressed and I reread this all the time and recced it to someone who just joined the fandom recently!
