I picture Jack and Nisha about to pull some sort of sneaky kill or flashy entrance, just at the last moment, when that distinctive drum riff blasts out of their ECHO devices, drawing the attention of every bandit within a hundred meters.

Also, it has occurred to me that, if Rick or Angel were a bit more crass, they might begin referring to Jack as "Dickless" when he's trying to threaten/taunt Rick. At an even more crass level, once their relationship has progressed substantially, Angel could probably spike Jack's blood pressure by talking about how eager she is for some Dick. If Jack objected to either of these, she or Rick could point out that HE's the one that started with the Dick jokes, and therefore has only himself to blame.

Oh, god.

If the anti-respawn gun only prevented your current life from respawning, a previous respawn may well recur!

The only question is this; is Jack scarred? For that matter, when he reads up what he did the first time around... well, that's another question.

You're absolutely right about Tina, she's very, very precocious and self-aware sexually, though not promiscuous as far as I can tell.

In Pre-Sequel, she very well confirms the hints in 2 that she identifies as lesbian or at the very least bisexual and outright gives the high-five when she learns of Athena scoring one of the lasses.

I note there's a reference in-game to the Six Galaxies of Borderlands human exploration.

I have always felt that the actual ratio of Sirens is one per galaxy as they are the quick-release for Eridian Vaults, and the only reason Borderlands humans don't have knowledge of/contact with more is the Local Group their human race lives in is (wait for it) the Six Galaxies.

Awesome chapter as always. I have to be truthful here. Every time Snyder says, "For sciene," I cringe. Maybe during one of his Sci-Zone transformations whatever caused him to transform hits him before he can finish saying "For science." I can just imagine that, your character saying, "FOR SCI-" *SMACK* "...Did you just slap a mad scientist?" That would be hilarious.
