Your story is very well written and I enjoyed reading it. I like the idea of Barba avoiding Olivia and being all tongue tied when he realises that he has feelings for her. I generally like to see a different, softer (maybe even a little insecure) side of him when it comes to his feelings and your idea fits very well with that.
Last but not least, this was by far the hottest kiss I came across in a fanfic for quite some time now. Kudos!
