Very enjoyable and excellent characters, thank you. A terrific slice of life view of Shirasu integrating into the brothers' lives.

This story took my breath away.

The counterpoint between the certainty of Kotaro's presence and the nebulous nature of Shirasu who may or may not really be there was absolutely exquisite. "People who don't exist can't love anything" is such a beautiful line, I feel as if you could build an entire fic out of that point alone.

Of course it's nice to see Tenka and Shirasu interacting, but what I really enjoyed was seeing Shirasu interacting with Soramaru and Chuutarou as well. Those two relationships are often left out of stories, I've found, so it was really nice to see them in here so strongly, being their own characters rather than satellites around Shirasu and Tenka.

It took me a long time to realise all the implications of the description, and what the word 'traitor' might actually mean to Kotaro.

Really, genuinely lovely.
