I'm still confused over what the hell made them join and other such things but I guess that's part of the story. Also, now I kinda expect Hermione to know something about the Kirkland family because of Draco's reaction and what I'm sure sliiiiightly suspicious behaviour since nations don't age or die (the way humans do). Pretty sure Lucius is suspicious too now after that encounter XDD |

| Guest chapter 4 . 9/2/2017 I like how you try to portray the transition from empire to human. Pretty sure all nations that were great powers at some point in their lives would go through something like that. It's really heartwrenching to think about as it's both very sad because glory, honour, adrenaline rush from the fighting, the domination and power, all the ideals and beliefs of the past are becoming reliques, maybe even shameful ones, and very joyful at the same time because empathy and care are becoming the dominant forces the characters, and the world, rely on. |
