It would actually kill a person. The pituitary gland is important for multiple chemicals in the body that helps with balances with one being adrenaline, but, also, growth rate, immune system and digestive system. That is for just a regular human.

For cell. It would regenerate so it would only be a temporary thing, but it would still cause mood swings.

How this masterpiece of a shitpost become so fun of a story? Your references to TFS? The dark humor of Cell? The robotic humor of Android 16? The point is, you did an excellent job of narrating the story without just ripping off the original canon. While I am a bit concerned as to whether these characters will face any real plot challenge in the near future, from the way things are proceeding, I trust that our heroes will have a promising, promiscuous future. Keep adding detail onto Imperfect Cell and Android 16 and impress us through this tale of how two androids, once devoid of purpose, can find new meaning in a world of magic and absent of science.
