I love this already! Poor John gets offed (like always). That was sad, and you conveyed well how I think Davesprite would also feel towards such an event.

The part with baby Dirk flying off the roof was one of the most humorous things I've read in a Homestuck fanfic. I guess Dave, or Striders in general, are hard for people to write well, especially when a fic has their mental thought processes, and you have captured them glamorously. I love reading Davesprite because it sounds like a genuine continuation of his character from the comic. Definitely following this!

Gotta say, I really like how this fic has been so far; Davesprite is one of my favorite characters and seeing him interact with any other Striders is just the best.

This chapter was a bit confusing for me. So, the autoresponder was communicating with Davesprite the whole time? That sucks. I hope Dirk finds out, but, if you're going canon-timeline, I guess he might not. Anyway, I hope you update soon. I'm surprised this fic doesn't have more follows yet.

I'm still confused as to what exactly is going on, but that's because time shenanigans and things like that fly over my head. Regardless of how much of what exactly is going on I understand, I still think this is an awesome story anyway. Keep up the good work and update soon!
