I really like this AU, it feels refreshing and hopeful. I wish the girls would talk more about their time there though. Your description of Furiosa at the end is just perfect. I also liked the cameo from Nux.

I really like the story. You set up a believable dynamic between Max and Furiosa. They're in a "modern" setting, but it feels authentic. It feels like them. The wives feel authentic too. My only issue is that your prose got a little purple. Something to look overexplain-y in flowery. Overall, though I really like this, and genuinely wish it were longer.

I love this to pieces I do, my only complaint, I want MORE! :) But isn't that the rule of entertaining, always leave them wanting more? ;) :) Amazing work with Furiosa, she just leaps off the page, and Max stoic and sturdy next to her. So lovely.

This was adorable! Perfect for a one-shot... You did Furiosa and Max justice in their easy comradery, I certainly loved the way you let the girls' personalities shine, and everyone rushing to this "green place" safe house was the sweetest mental picture! Okay and lets be honest, the little Nux and Capable bit made me smile like the biggest idiot ever. Lovely, absolutely lovely! Here's to hoping for more :)

Oh my god, if that wasn't the sweetest thing! I love this soooo much, it's so beautifully written, really, just big thumbs up - Mas style! And the ending with Nux and Capable, haha! That sure as hell will be the best kind of trouble. :)
