Sherlock rationalizing that his display of emotions in his Mind Palace was fine (since it was only internal) was simply and perfectly logical! But his realization WHEN he had experienced John's crying first hand was even more insightful. Excellent!

Poor Sherlock. He still doesn't understand emotions and their reactions, but damn, John needs to go to anger management. One day Sherlock is going to lay him out flat.

You must be clairvoyant. The Return has been swishing around in my head all day and this fic is just what I needed in response. I love the idea of Sherlock seeing the scene through John's eyes, it would be so hard for him to really understand John's reaction otherwise. Yes, more please!

This was so sad. Sherlock hurt just as much as John, but no one cared to see it. :(
