The Marauders make me sick. They need Severus, because they bond over torturing him. Note that they pretty much fell apart in canon when they didn't have Snivvy to kick around any more.

As for Lily, she's the one who tossed him away in favor of James 'Don't make me hex you, Evans' Potter. Oops.

And where he's at, Severus is having a much better time. "The best revenge is living well".

I love how Lily now regrets dumping Severus, though it seems that she regrets being dumped by James even more. Of course she wanted the Marauders to adore her, with Severus visibly pining away for love of her. (which is what she actually got in canon, apparently).

I like this story. I hope the nurse comes back, I like her better than pumfry. Even pumfry played favorites as seen in the 2nd movie when both harry and Draco are hurt. As she passes Draco she snaps: "Stop making such a fuss, you can go.". That's a poor way to talk to a patient, especially a 12y/o.
I like how you write, especially the characters psychology. Can you do a 1-shot or 2-shot about james and lily stuck at Godrics Hallow, how they both regret being married but they're both too prideful to admit they made the wrong chioce. I mean they were stuck in hiding for atleast 2 years (before harry was born), they werent aloud to leave for their own safety, and they couldnt have people visit alot (also due to saftey); all this is bound to cause tension between the two.
Again I like this story so far. Please consider my story idea, james and lily regretting getting married but are to proud to admit they made the wrong decision

And Snape should burn any letter that the Marauders send him-they *say* they like him now, but it's clearly just a trap to get him back so they can finally gang-bang him or something. Minerva would be wise to read those letters before sending them on.

OMG! Severus should say yes and go far away from England and never come back. And although at the beginning he hoped that he will stay with the marauders, now they can go and fry asparagus. Severus deserves to be happy and I'm not sure the marauders provide that. I'm not even sure they're really in love with him. Until the next chapter and the best wishes in your new job.
