Ah, that comment at the end, that is such a tease.
Regarding the chapter, it was a good follow-up to the previous one, showing what happened with Hatsuyo now that she has lost her main family, including the legal ones. My favorite were the beginning, where she pondered if she was even alive or not. Combined with that music, I found it downright impactful, like sending shivers down my spine.

Ah, so that’s the scenes from her perspective. You’ve done a really good job of showing her losing herself. Especially the second OST was a great choice for that, too.
Though I am glad you decided to publish everything at once. With it being a “different-perspective”-kind of thing, it would have dragged on too long otherwise in my opinion.

And so it comes to a close. Honestly, it’s kinda a bit unsatisfying since for all the great build up, it was rather clear what would happen. It might have been better if it had been published together with the rest… or conclude it with a different scene. Something like “Leaving behind the burning building while lamenting on what happened” maybe…
Though come to think of it, Tatsuyo’s last words are like her last words before the flashbacks, was that on purpose?

This is starting to look like a murder mystery novel. Like, you expect something to happen at any moment. Which is probably appropriate, thinking about it.

I agree, this chapter is so normal. But there is enough to not make it pointless. Like showing how early Hatsuyo’s problems with connecting to other people started. That and the meaning of “Nana”.

This chapter really cast a specific light upon Hatsoyo’s actions. Like, why she got angry when Leo assumed her feelings about her father, why she attacked him and why her room looked like that. And possibly what her wish for the Holy Grail actually is.
Also, Baby Hatsuyo. I want to say she’s cute but the atmosphere is just so heavy I don’t feel like gushing about her.

Well, I certainly expected a warmer welcome. I didn’t realize that this was all on Archer alone. Still, Ewald and Lancer are not back yet? That’s a surprise. I can’t remember them kicking the bucket yet so either my memory is faulty or something’s keeping them…

Aww, so Leo and Saber are now officially friends. I didn’t realize it with how they were behaving, but there was still the name issue, wasn’t it? And not only is that resolved, it’s great that Saber trust Leo finally enough to reveal everything. And how he’s helping him with Hatsuyo. On that note, since she got so angry at Leo for assuming she hated her father, I have a guess on what that last item is about.

What a triumph! He’s getting confronted with something that would make someone question their existence and he uses it to reaffirm it instead, going “oh, that explains everything”. He throws off all the uncertainty and sets his sights on a goal, finally finding a reason to fight. He’s not going to be shaken that easily again. The OST chosen for that also fits perfectly.
On another note, we’ve also get to see confirmation of what I expected of Inheim’s character from the last chapter. Not exactly evil as implied all the chapters before, but clearly having trouble with empathy.
