I think that Kara would side with Rogers. Though I think Civil War would cause her to remember Injustice. Which you stated before that Kara had seen it.

Also have Wanda save Pietro and have her build a friendship with the Maximoff twins since like Kara they are outsiders.

Also as for the DC hero I want to see in the story that would be Batgirl.

Yeah right ultron actually killed Thor and hulk in comics because he was made to take out marvel verse heroes but a hero from alternate world can really throw him out of loop and how the hell he figured out that red solar rays can make her invulnerable that is stupid logic.
