don't take it personal but I think that cell should have a human form that he can change into whenever he wants the only reason people mostly see him as he is its because he looks identical to Gohan which infuriates him people who know Gohan would mistake him of being him the only difference is their hair and color of eyes he's body glows and shrinks to Gohan's height He has very short, thick, pink eyebrows pink eyes, his hair is duel colored in his case being uniformly violet with pink underneath - his fringes extending to frame his face, with two pointing upwards.
His outfit of sorts, consists of a purple and light blue waistcoat, pink cravat, a two-part cape of red which resemble his wings, a green abbreviated coat with thick cuffs and gold shoulder bands with an amber-colored setting, fastened at the collar bone, and light blue pants tucked into silver-tinted leather he wears a dark green cloak around him so people don't see him Basically he'll look like an evil version of Gohan.
Lastly his voice almost sounds identical to him.

And I it should be put to a vote on who gohan should be paired up with between mira alice and fabia by my my opinion it should be fabia since she's an alien like gohan

It would be cool to see gohan to have a bakugan form that uses his oozaru form like it was a mix of both races
