Loving daddy Dave more with each chapter. Poor Kara, her best friend won't talk to her and her bio dad won't return her call and she's having nightmares and everything. Thank goodness she has Dave and her mom.

I love the balance between Erin and Rossi looking after Kara but also being firm, and the way you've tied in Erin's problems with alcohol is really well done. And although I can't keep up with reviewing, it's great that you update so quickly! Can't wait for more :)

Good story, and very realistic. But if Kara is rewarded by suddenly becoming a profiler with the BAU, I may throw up.

I don't get the ending was he telling her to blank out her mind and go to a happier place? Maybe I'm just tired, but that part kind of confused me. I'm probably just tired, didn't get much sleep.
