2inchfish chapter 1 . 7/12/2018 Yeah, I might have complained about turnip soup too. Change is always hard. When other people change it makes me feel insecure. |
MrsPandaBrowncoat chapter 1 . 9/5/2017 Love it. I've not "met" Alberta Scrubb before, but this seems like a very good character portrayal, particularly in view of Eustace's character at the beginning of the film. |
SpangleyPony chapter 1 . 6/14/2017 Nicely done. Thanks for posting |
dauntlessofthesea chapter 1 . 4/1/2017 Haha, I'm laughing, but this is actually kind of sad, bittersweet really. Good writing! |
Ani-maniac494 chapter 1 . 1/20/2017 This is wonderful! I love how horrified Alberta is that Eustace is being calm, and nice, and polite! It's unspeakable! ;) Great work! Ani-maniac494 |
Ike4ever chapter 1 . 9/20/2016 Hilariously! Awesome portrayal of the change Eustace definitely underwent after the Voyage of the Dawn Treader. |
JubileeKnight chapter 1 . 7/31/2016 Very funny! She just doesn't know what to do. |
Rebekah D. Author chapter 1 . 12/9/2015 Great story, and I agree with Sophia the Scribe! That "big bang" thing is so funny! |
Sophia the Scribe chapter 1 . 10/18/2015 Poor Alberta! Dare I feel sorry for her? Ah well, Eustace is so much improved, I'd actually want to be friends with him now. Very fun one-shot! Blessings, Sophia the Scribe P.S. The "big bang" thing on your profile is great... : ) |
NursingSchoolGrad chapter 1 . 7/19/2015 A fanfic with Aunt Alberta and she gets a headache from Eustace's being truthful instead of complaining and being rude. I wonder what she'll do when Eustace starts carrying out the trash and cleaning his room! Thanks for writing. -Nursing Student |
WordsmithingArtist chapter 1 . 6/26/2015 I love this. Well done. :) |
rthstewart chapter 1 . 6/23/2015 Poor, confused, bewildered Alberta, with no clue what has overcome her son. The quiet was so very loud is a brilliant way of describing it. And Harold is wonderfully drawn here with random, completely out of the blue randomness. Even Eustace's efforts to help her with the nerve tonic are cause for horror. This was great fun. Well done! |
Driftwood Ships and Monuments chapter 1 . 6/15/2015 I really enjoyed this–you're very talented at writing–I only wish I could hold a candle to half your work, its so incredible! I love the small details you used; they provided lovely imagery! |
AragornofRedwall chapter 1 . 5/18/2015 I've often wondered how Eustace's parents might have reacted to their changed son. Well done! |
lost-in-elysium chapter 1 . 5/20/2015 I enjoyed this immensely. This was well-written and I think you handled the character of Alberta very well. Great job! |
