Honestly, it wouldn't have killed him to say how he feels. I don't like reading fics where Molly is supposed to always be the strong one and the smart one and just assume he now returns her feelings even after years of her treating her like crap. His true thoughts and feelings don't mean anything without words and actions to substantiate them. If she can be that brave, he should be too - she's worth it and deserves an equal-sided relationship where she can count on him as much as he counts on her, not just pick his crap all the time.

As always you are fantastic, this is such a wonderful story. Loved everything about it...
