You may want to organize your order of events better.
While it was not unreadable or non understandable, it was a bit erratic with it starting with him on the airship returning to beacon, to a flashback with Ozpin, to a jounral entry with Serana, then back to a flashback of him travelling to Nirn.
You may just want to start off with the journal entry, then the airship, and then the flashbacks, it just makes it slightly easier to follow that way which people can appreciate.
Anyways, not flaming, just wanted to give some advise.

I enjoy this, I can't wait for more! :D
