whys naruto 15 shouldnt he be 12/13

This concept is nice but when I read the second chapter I lost all interest you made him exceedingly skillful with showing any training giving him a kekkei genkai that really doesn't make sense for him to have other than you wanted him to have it so you gave him water affinity. The would have been fine keeping in the realm of him having Wind, Fire, Earth with the lava release and magnet release plus an ANBU wouldn't show their face to Naruto plus Anko was on Orochimaru Genin squad with Kabuto's Genin squad sensei. I know what you'll say already so don't worry just giving my perspective since your story so far ahead it's irrelevant
