This is such a lovely, heartwarming tale. wverything was written with a deft touch, and it was wonderful to see their growing long distance relationship turn into something much more. This is really one of the more original Castle fics I've read, and you should be really proud of it.

I love the way you've constructed this story. The jumps in time between each chapter tell as much of the story as the actual writing; the burgeoning different relationship between them is lovely to read and to imagine. This is definitely a very original tale in a fandom where tropes are so often hauled out time and time again. An absolute joy to read!

This is one of my favorite AUs, in part because I love Bond and always wanted Castle to write him too. And here he gets to do both! Even though Nikki is obviously his true love, in so many ways. I always thought their biggest relationship issue was the lack of talking, and I really like that in this fic everything is built on long conversations and lots of communicating. The Prague scenes were very romantic. :-) Love their awkward meeting at the airport after not seeing each other for so long. Love Castle's surprise trip back to NYC. Love the gift from Beckett. Love how you wrote Alexis. Fine, I just love all the things. Really well done. Thank you for writing!
