This story is really good. I have taken a great liking to EnglandxChina after the Opium Wars and this story makes me even more fond of them together. I hope sequel for this one is in order? #Thumbs up for good work!

This was a great story! I'm not usually a Iggychu or angst fan but this was really good! Also, it kinda made me have a new soft spot for Rome and China (even though it's a sad pair D'x) I like how you added all three pairs (including Nichu, which is my fav) and made it work without it seeming like some cliche love triangle. I just have a question, so in the end is China gonna end up with Japan or England after coming back two centuries later? Or is it up to our imaginations?

I love the idea of him having names from each of his family members. I've always kind of had this theory that whenever a country has different names in different languages it's kind of a special thing, and is both a sign of friendship and often a sign of respect. especially with China because his names for America and England are apparently super meaningful if I'm remembering correctly. So yeah. :D

I finished all these chapters in one afternoon and... I have to say, you have done an excellent work! It's a little weird to read the story, to see Yao being compelled and suffering the indignity as I 'm a Chinese myself but, things just went like that in the 18th or 19th century,and Hetalia doesn't refer to the existing country, right? I'm a big fan for IggyChu, but Fics about them are also rare in China. So I just slip out searching for more and I came across your story with a lot of joy:D. Please continue! It's a bit hurt to see the powerless China, but as the history goes on, I hope to see the change and the equal love between Arthur and Yao (*′*)
