im actually just sitting here in awe at how cute this story is. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this chapter.

The main reason is that I absolutely love how you wrote Emil's feelings, especially how much he cares about his brother in his own way and his disinterest about falling in love, and his hatred for Mathias at the end for dissappearing so suddenly and hurting Lukas and well, everything.

Well about this chapter... I totally thought that it was going to be happier one, but it ended up breaking my little heart, like when Mat left so suddenly and every letter they exchanged, and the enormous distance between them, and all that "I'd kiss you right now if you were closer" thing.

And then their relationship became more and more closer over the years, and that was cute and I hoped that maybe everything was going to be alright at the end, but nope, Mat never sent another letter and that's so sad and WHY DIDN'T THEY KISS WHEN THEY HAD THE CHANCE?

Anyway, I really liked this chapter. Great job!

First of all, I have to say that I love this. Especially, I love the way you wrote the characters' emotions, all of them seemed so real, and that's something that I love in medical AUs, when the characters act like real doctors, when they're desperate, angry and frustrated and how they feel when they have to tell bad news to the loved ones of the patients.

Also, I have to say that I find interesting your choice of writing Nor as a pediatrician and Den as a surgeon, haha.
