I enjoyed the story and must be really hard for Sam to deal with all this, can you understand why he does it, and it's hard for him to explain to someone because beyond Lucifer must have nightmares and flashbacks of the cage.
And while Dean wants to help, a hospital will not solve anything, but I like to see him looking after his little brother and all
