Interesting. Very interesting. I will definitely follow where this story goes.

I'll be honest, this leaves a bit to be desired.
I like Metal Gear, played through several of the games, and I read a lot of Worm fics, but it just feels like your're trying too hard to force a crossover here.
There isn't alot to get me invested in the story, as it feels like you're trying to write a Metal Gear story, only to try and shove as much Worm terminology in it as possible.
Also, how do powers even work in this setting?
From the sound of it, it sounds like the shard system from Worm, but that just brings up new questions, like what entity these shards are coming from, why is Scion suddenly just a normal, if obscenely powerful, parahuman, why is Outer Heaven a parahuman group when that was the exact opposite of what it was in Metal Gear canon, et cetera, et cetera.
You have a good idea here, but the execution just feels subpar at best.
Also, it's not "air on the side of caution," it's "err on the side of caution."
Well, at least your writing is actually in english, and not some jumbled clusterfuck trying to sound like it.

Interesting. Metal Gear and Worm actually blend together rather well. Still wondering what happened to the Endbringers. Metal Gears? Please update soon!

This could be awesome! I don't care too much if you add in your own capes, but please just continue this story and make it good! I'm thinking of similarities with Weaver Nine and Dragonfly right now, so I hope your story measures up to them!
