hankpym chapter 1 . 5/15/2018 I’m at a loss for words. This was amazing. You perfectly encapsulated the pain of having a loved one hurt or dead, and Kiba and Tenten’s bonding touched my heart. Great work! |
Giada Luna chapter 1 . 4/9/2018 This was so incredibly well done; I love them supporting eachother! Thank you for sharing, friend! |
YungHime chapter 1 . 8/26/2015 omg this was so good. It made me cry. You're such a good writer. |
Sayori Hollyhood chapter 1 . 5/9/2015 I really enjoyed this. The pacing was cool. My favorite part was Kiba's pep talk with baby Hizashi. So Motivational. And I can totally imagine Naruto hiding Ramen in his office. That was hilarious. Tenten's dynamic with her children was also believable. Anyways, Thank you for sharing this story. And I plan on checking out more of your work. - |
Shadow Owner chapter 1 . 5/9/2015 Hey Cas, This helps explain how and when the Hyuuga and Inuzuka families sustained losses, in the KCC-verse. While there's an explanation of the relationship between TenTen and Hishyoni, it seems like that there would be more to it. This does make one wonder if TenTen has truly been so disappointingly partial, as a parent (I'd have expected more from her; clan pressure or not). It's not difficult to infer why the treatment differed, but it'd be nice to view Hishyoni's perspective in further detail, in KKC, if possible. Poor Hishyoni! It's easy to infer that with Hizashi's condition, even Neji who appears to be a better parent, if I may so bluntly put it, would have to give more attention to his son, thus leaving Hishyoni in a much worse position... Oh dear! She really needs a friend, and soon! Kiba was awesome; having him and TenTen look out for each other was nice and fit in well. Kudos to him and Neji for both doing what they could as fathers and comrades both. Hoping to read more KCC chapters soon! ~Shadow |
FruitySmell chapter 1 . 5/9/2015 Perfectly written! I love how Tenten summoned her blanket and draped it over Kiba. This action may have been simple, but it was touching nonetheless, especially since Kiba and Tenten aren't that close to begin with. I also liked how the kids are bonding too. It looks like their parents aren't the only ones finding good friends in this turmoil, right? And Neji. Heh, Neji sounded alert when he realized that it was Kiba whom Tenten entrusted their son too. He doesn't have good memories with Kiba, I take it? Or maybe Neji's just not a dog-lover type. Hehe. All throughout the story, I wondered about the daughter and thought that you weren't going to mention her. But surprise, she did appear and I find it very believable that she would scorn her mother for over prioritizing her brother, but at the same time, I don't blame Tenten for it too. I guess the stress was really piling up and Tenten didn't know what to do anymore. That's a perfectly normal reaction, especially to mothers with their kids. Thank goodness Neji was there to help iron out things. Lovely story, by the way. Thank you for sharing! |
