It should be Devil God not Demon God. Demon God technically means “God God” lol. The Japanese root word for Demon is different than the English (which comes from Latin Daemon which in turn comes from Greek Daimon), while the JP shares the root with magic which is more in line with Western Devils when it comes to Sorcery. Demon God in JP is Majin (Magami would also work or Shinma but Majin is the normal form used). Devil God would be Akumajin (Evil Demon God).

So is Lelouch above the Satans in rank? They are Daimaou (Great Demon Lords) while he is the Shinmatei (True Demon Emperor). A King is a Lord of Lords and an Emperor is a King of Kings after all.

She will gain her sisters figure based on talks in canon and if Lulu is close to Rias but not Siscony like Sirzechs than her Peerage could get close with him and you already have Akeno joining his harem. Nonpervert who could really help Koneko with her issues like Ise did in canon, but much faster.
