Elite Jonin isn't rank or title. It's merely them identifying who is their elite of the Jonin at certain times. So having every Jonin called elite Jonin is a little weird and I wonder where you came up with that as being an actual thing. I couldn't get past that after attempting this read through, I'll try again later.

freaking AMAZING chapter. sad that hinata did not join the fight. but I'm seriously getting tired of sasuke and sakura always wanting to be with Naruto for everything. I mean the uzu team was with him longer and know him better but they aren't around 24/7. I really look forward to the team changes
