I feel for this admiral, I do. For the longest time, I only had light cruisers and destroyers. Even now I don't have a battleship and my battle fleet is quite sparse and patched together: a seaplane tender remodeled into a light carrier (Chitose), heavy cruisers (Choukai,Takao and Haguro), light cruisers (Jintsuu. Yura was put in command of fleet two when I got Takao) and Shimakaze (got her from a battleship recipe. Not the worst result).

This is probably dead, but hey, stranger things have happened. Maybe you'll get back into it.

Richelieu is turning out to be the mother of the fleet with Katsumi as the father. Its a great scene to watch her being swarmed by the destroyers. Yeah with a feminine name like that, he'll want to keep it hidden from the others.

Now all that's left is to summon an Aircraft Carrier, Submarine, Heavy Cruisers, and some Battleships. Having at least a couple of Aircraft Carriers can help protect the fleet from enemy aircraft.
How about summoning the Light Carriers Hiyou and Jun'you. For the Aircraft Carrier, how about summoning a foreign shipgirl like Enterprise.

Oh cool, another chapter! Congratz, Rear Admiral, you're no longer seen as a lolicon by the new girl, just a regular pervert! Richelieu is the only battleship the Rear Admiral has and she thinks he's a lolicon. Poor Admiral. Its bad enough that his base is full of Destroyers and now he even showed his newly acquired Battleship some pictures from the magazine.
Some of the questions the destroyers are funny. One even said where's mama.
It seems that the Admiral has quite the title befitting of his status. Lolicon Admiral.

If I could make a little suggestion, could our protagonist have a name as calling him Rear Admiral is already getting old. Besides, Richelieu or Inazuma would need one to put in his tombstone after his stunt with the hentai folder here.

Other than that, who's the little shrimp who thought that Richelieu would be their mother since our protagonist is not only playing the commander but also a single parent to a whole batch of tweens? I kind of feel for him though as the girls do need a mother figure as well.

Also, the destroyers are not all little kids with the exception of Destroyer Division Six who I personally think to be around twelve or so with the others being thirteen or fourteen years of age.

Even then, their calling of their admiral a lolicon is expected for girls that age despite him being their superior officer/boss/father.

So none of the more, developed looking destroyers or light cruisers in the fleet. Well this guy's luck certainly does suck if he doesn't at least have a Tenryuu or Tatsuta. I would also add he is a bit of an idiot as apparently he went straight from Cl and DD to trying to build battleships and not building any heavy cruisers and the bad luck again in that none of the BB recipe failures netted him any CAs.

As for the impression he's a lolicon his new BB has, well not like the other two girls weren't reinforcing the image in her head lol.

Yay, it continues! Inazuma going a bit Plasma there over past logistics. It seems to be a meme nowadays that Inazuma gets all the logistically inept admirals, or even becoming one as was the case of one doujin i read, lol. At least this rear admiral managed to use those resources to build a really nice base for everyone, even if at...costs.

First day assigned and already misunderstandings abound. Wonder if the admiral can convince Richelieu he's not in fact a lolicon, and is merely an awkward loser? Looking forward to the next chapter!

...Ah... that's a Plasma... Good god, I wonder what the Rear Admiral did to turn the usual sweet, loving, and shy Inazuma into a Plasma... As did most other... I do believe that's a trend.

Either way, interesting development with some interesting ideas. I do wonder where this will all go.
